  I enjoy shopping at Sears(Media)!!!! It’s a great experience every time I go.. Al in the tool dept has excellent customer service skills - very pleasant attitude , helpful - he knows where all his tools and appliances are located ( very well organized dept) I must say !! Al makes my experience there easy going and he is quick when it’s time to check out ... My shopping at this location has been consistent for years because of the customer service skills in the tool dept ... Al is a very hardworker and deserves employee of the month “EVERY” month !!! I give him ????????????

  I'm a Sears fan because you can always find some nice bargains there, and they've really been trying to entice consumers with the perks of the Shop Your Way rewards program. I hope Sears/K-mart can stay afloat because of this. That said, the Granite Run location has surely seen better days - but that's part of it's charm, I guess. Whenever I go, I'm one of just a few customers, so it's always nice and quiet (some might say TOO quiet). The dressing rooms could use some updates, as well as the price scanners throughout the store. The associates are generally friendly, though, and overall it's a good place to shop. Kind of a hidden gem.

  Great store. Good quality items. Needs more staff members. I walked around for twenty minutes looking for help in purchasing a vacuum.
