  Awesome semi-private gym and conveniently located!! Functional strength training centered around the barbell helps me move better and strength train. I recommend to anyone trying to recapture mobility and strength for a healthy, active life. Great place whether you are a beginner or come with experience.

  I fractured my back in the beginning of 2020, then covid hit. I wanted to give up on lifting, but I ended up joining this gym and working with Craig after taking 8 months off from the gym. It's honestly been the best decision I've ever made. Not only is Craig knowledgeable and personable, but he's also cultivated a great environment to train in. There are no intimidating egos. There isn't anyone to hog all of the equipment when you need it. I'd highly recommend this gym, and Craig as a coach, to anyone who is looking to get strong and sweat with some amazing people.

  Craig has been my Powerlifting coach for the past 2+ years. He is extremely knowledgeable about the sport and always makes decisions that are best for me and my training. I would highly recommend him as a coach to anyone, and not just for powerlifting, but any level of fitness training you are interested in pursuing. He works with every ability level and guides you to improve and reach your goals. The environment of the gym is welcoming. We are a big family. There is no drama and everyone gets along which is exactly what everyone needs! Come check it out! You won’t regret it!

If you love the choice of training when it fits your schedule, the open gym aspect is convenient with the support of a well educated personal trainer. Craig will custom plan a program for you and cater to your individual needs and ability. Knowledgeable in all aspects of strength training and nutrition, your health matters to these owners. I Highly recommend this gym, this family owned business, and have personally benefited greatly in body and mind by becoming a part of this family more than three years ago.

  I never thought I would enjoy going to the gym before Evolution Athletics! It’s so rewarding to see myself be able to do more and more each week. The community is motivating, and Craig is a great coach. I feel pushed to become my best without the weird gym gimmicks!
