The program incorporates talk group therapy, one on one therapy and family sessions as needed, along with yoga, art therapy, music therapy, and holistic therapy. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone interested.

By then end of the class I had some new coping mechanisms.. I had known Charlie from The Horsham out program.
I drove 40 min each way for several weeks. The ride was well worth it and gave me quiet time to reflect on the conversations in DBT
