  Brett and Doug went above and beyond in helping my husband and I sell our home and purchase our new house. They walked us through every step of the process and were incredibly responsive through text, emails, and calls around the clock. There’s so much involved with this process and we felt in such good hands the whole time.
  
  Brett worked hard to sell our house within days of it being listed, and Doug dropped everything to walk us through our dream home as soon as it hit the market, to be sure we got an early offer in. Samantha was a huge help, keeping us up to date and answering all our questions so we were never in the dark.
  
  The Brett Furman group came highly recommended to us from a friend, and I’m so glad we went with them! The process couldn’t have been quicker, smoother, and my husband and I couldn’t be happier in our new home! Thank you!!

  Brett and his team are amazing at what they do! When we decided to sell our home, we were told to talk to at least 2 realtors to make sure we felt comfortable and understood the capabilities and technology out there to make the process as easy for ourselves and as productive as possible. When we met with Brett, it was a no brainer. His level of professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail was something I was very drawn to. I was impressed with his level of communication throughout the process... the process didn't even last long at all. By the time he had all the marketing done, we were ready to list and we had an offer for full asking within 6 days. Of course, we relate that to lack of inventory for buyers and our ability to keep the house in great shape, but we really relate a lot of that to Brett expertise in the industry with the marketing, organization, hustle. He is a realtor I will definitely recommend with more than 5 stars if possible! I would work with him again in a heart beat if we were looking to buy or sell again in this market. Thanks for all the hard work and dedication to helping us make our dream a reality!

  Brett and his team are simply outstanding. His detailed knowledge of the local real estate market is impressive, and his work ethic is second to none. He really puts in the time and energy to get his clients the best possible result.
  
  My first experience with Brett was in 2014, when he helped my family sell a property that had failed to move for months under another realtor. More recently, Brett worked with us to identify and acquire our new home. He expertly guided us through the complex acquisition of a bank-owned property. The result was a fantastic property at a very favorable price.

  I would like to thank Brett Furman and his team for their help and expertise during the recent sale of my mother's home. Brett and Doug met with us to discuss the details of listing the house and setting the sale price. They did their homework before our meeting and had plenty of facts and figures as well as information on comparable properties in our area on hand.
  
  After setting our price, Brett and his team went to work marketing the property with photos, a virtual tour presentation, and even an airborne drone video. They were really easy to work with during all of the appointment scheduling and efficient in getting things done. They took care of dealing with our condominium association and their requirements for the sale and many other details which really made things easier for my 88 year old mother who was relocating to Florida.
  
  The home sold in the first week of the listing at full asking price. Over the next month, Brett, Doug, and Samantha guided and assisted us through inspections, requirements, paperwork, and final negotiations. Their help was invaluable and very much appreciated.
  
  My mom was able to relocate ahead of schedule, she didn't even need to stay around for settlement, all of the arrangements were made and the documents were prepared ahead of time so that mom could sign in front of a notary a week ahead of settlement and go off to Florida, carefree.

  To say Brett is an amazing, top notch realtor would be an understatement. He exceeded all our expectations and is a true blessing. Brett loves what he does and it shows with the professionalism and effort he devotes to selling your home. His experience, knowledge, caring, kindness and work ethic are impeccable. From the first time Brett visited our home we were very pleased with him. He came prepared with comps, information on selling our home, toured our home with interest and took the time to sit down and talk with us while answering all our questions and concerns. He listens to you, cares about your thoughts and feelings and is very easy to talk to. Brett was always very responsive and helped us tremendously every step of the way like a dear friend would.
  
  In addition to this, his marketing skills are second to none. His “Coming Soon” plan, along with coordinating the beautiful photography, 3-D virtual tour, personal home website and commitment to high quality marketing sold our home over asking price. In a matter of a days of our home being listed, we accepted an offer we were delighted with.
