I brought my laptop in with somewhat of an emergency being that my hard drive was full and couldn’t figure out why and was unable to use Quickbooks. The issue was resolved within hours and customer service was excellent. I will definitely be back and highly recommend UBREAK IFIX in Springfield.
Asurion phone insurance sent me here to fix my phone glass. I brought my phone in around 3 and picked up 515... Great approximate timeing and it looks brand new!!! My only issue is they dont weld if a device needs that... Luv them!!!
Great service at a fair price. Repair was performed in a timely manner and the phone is as good as new. Staff was friendly and you could tell they cared about doing their jobs correctly. Would not hesitate to use their services again. They are an authorized Samsung service provider, a much better choice than a booth in the middle of the mall.
