  We had an interior designer come to our home who was very helpful. She designed our sofa to fit our space and also helped us to choose what other furnishings would fit and compliment our sofa, as well as additional details such as wallpaper and paint. One thing I wasn’t happy about was the delivery. No one called us to inform us our sofa was ready and to schedule a delivery, my husband had to call after 6 weeks to see what the progress was and to schedule delivery. Also, no time frame was given on the day of delivery. I waited around all morning until I finally called at 1:00 to get some information, only to find out I wasn’t scheduled until at least 3:00.

  I was very happy with the help I received at the Springfield store. The only part I did not like was that I applied for the credit option to take advantage of the “No Interest until Jan. 2022” and was then told I had to split my bill between my Lazy Boy line of credit and another payment option even though my limit was higher than half the final bill. I felt like that was a little bait and switch going on.

  We are repeat customers of La-Z-Boy in Springfield, Pa for many reasons: First, the amazing customer experience. Bianca and Sharina are creative and talented designers who nailed our style and taste. Andrew is also a great salesman and helped us get started with some great choices. Next, the excellent quality, comfort and design of the furniture. Also, the variety. They have styles for every taste. Their furniture is made of real wood, and the choice of material is amazing. And the third reason is the price. Excellent quality at reasonable prices. We highly recommend La-Z-Boy in Springfield, Pa.

  Store had a great selection! Michael S. was very knowledgeable and he took the time to find out what our needs were and showed us sofas that accommodated our lifestyle. We are very happy with our purchase and we can’t wait to get our new sofa. If you are looking for furniture then La-Z-Boy is the store. Also, we have a narrow doorway that we thought made it impossible to get certain styles of sofas but Michael told us the delivery people will disassemble our furniture to get it through the doorway and reassembled our furniture which was very important to us. Overall the furniture was very affordable. We will definitely be back.
