Throughout the process Bill was always helpful and made me feel like he was putting my interests and the interests of my family first and foremost with our car buying decision.
I always felt respected in my dealings with him. I also learned a lot more about the car buying process through my interactions. I felt we had a trusting relationship and we could give each other our word in good faith. That's something I don't take lightly and appreciate. It won't be for a while, but i'll be back to buy again from Bill whenever we need to! -
