(June 25, 2019, 4:29 pm)Needed to pay Verizon bill ( using cash). Staff was welcoming and most pleasant! The in store kiosk allowed for an easy self- pay experience. The process was simple and applied immediately to my Verizon account. I suggest this amenity be highlighted as an available customer service. Thanks Verizon and the W. Sproul Road, Springfield PA team!
(May 22, 2019, 4:09 pm)I had to get a new phone, and I had the most exquisite help. I enjoy my new phone and they helped me save money on it! I recommend Verizon for anyone that doesn't mind spending a little more for the extra quality.
