  Dimitri from Smart Choice did an excellent job on our full kitchen remodel. The cabinets are great quality and Dimitri’s attention to detail and quality of work was excellent, leaving us with a very high end looking kitchen. Dimitri took the time to design a new layout that fit our kitchen much better, laid out a very detailed schedule/contract, explained everything thoroughly and stuck to the schedule/contract until the very end. Dimitri takes his work very seriously and it really showed in our new kitchen. On top of the great quality he was able to do the job for much cheaper than our other quotes and they were only going to install basic lower end cabinets/granite and leave the layout as is. I would highly recommend Smart Choice Construction for a quick and high quality kitchen remodel for a great price.

  Dimitri is very professional. Very respectful but always willing to make sure all of your questions are answered.
  I love the deck and patio. Superb workmanshipamd work ethic!

  Excellent service & quality craftsmanship. Dmitri was 100% professional at all times, punctual on every appointment and provided excellent communication throughout the entire project. The new deck came out beautifully and was also completed 2+ weeks ahead of our contracted date. I have no regrets hiring Smart Choice Construction and highly recommend this company.

  I received several estimates from contractors when I decided to redo my deck this summer. I went with Dimitri from Smart Choice Construction as he really listened to what I wanted, made a few improvements on my design and came up with a competitive bid. So I hired him and he started work about a month later (my timeline, not his). He and his helper showed up every day on time and worked a full day. At the end of each day, the job site was left clean and safe. The deck that I ended up with is way better than I could ever have hoped for. It's beautiful! The attention to detail - the cuts around the drain pipes, the bay window, etc showed impeccable craftsmanship. I am beyond happy with the results and I will be most likely hiring him again for a complete kitchen remodel and other projects.
  
  A few points I'd like to make. Dimitri was punctual. If we had an appointment, he was there on time. Without fail. He was honest. The fuse that controlled the outside of the house kept blowing. So while he was working (I was at work), I left the back door unlocked. Not once did I feel uneasy about this. Again - super honest guy. Excellent product - thrilled with both the materials and his labor. Better than I expected. Loved his designs.
