I love Keystone First. I recommend them above the other health insurance. They have helped me so much. I have a child with a chronic illness and they have a caseworker to help me when im busy. Love them
the customer service number is always helpful. staff are very patient and any answer all of your questions without you feeling rushed to get off of the phone. i am one who ask A LOT of questions. I have bad anxiety and need to fully understand everything thats going on or I get stressed out. It never bothers them. I can call every day for a week straight and every rep is nice and helpful. they cover everything for me. never had and claims issues. they reach out to provide extra help as well with disabilities such as diabetes, asthma, and pregnancy. great Insurance co. i do recommend them above the rest of the medicaid plans.
