Highly recommended. Our 18 year old was killed, they held our hand through the entire process, from the first meeting to handing me my child's ashes himself. We were treated with the utmost respect and kindness and the staff was always available. Myself and my child's entire family are beyond impressed with the service we received from Albert and his team. They were accessible, professional, kind, could pivot with last minute requests and changes, and made everything happen without a hitch. I even heard positive comments from guests at the wake/viewing about how they made an event with hundreds of visitors (teenagers and adults) feel so intimate and dignified.

-They were was always available to us. No back and forth between different people who didn't know who we were.

-Greeter at the door for the wake/viewing:
I was not expecting this and he was so dignified and kind to all of our guests. He greeted, opened the chapel doors for guests, pointed them to the sign in book, prayer cards and other materials, to the restrooms, got water for those who were overwhelmed with grief, and helped me throughout the evening. This unexpected detail was so lovely.

-My child looked very handsome even though his death was brutal.

-Paradise Gardens worked beautifully with our church for the funeral service. We didn't have to do a thing. Just show up. They also directed the teenage pallbearers through their responsibilities.

-I loved all of the print pieces they did:
Laminated obit with picture and chosen poem
    Prayer cards
Cards with details on the wake and funeral services including photo and poem we chose
Thank you notes-These are beautiful and something I would not have thought of.
The sign in book was very nice and I loved how each page contained a different photo from the photos we submitted
They gave us the extras in a handsome keepsake box

    Thank you!

After the passing of my Grandmother I felt helpless, but Paradise Gardens was able to make the process simple and relieve some of the stress and grief I was enduring throughout an extremely difficult time in my life. Quality service, very well organized and my Grandmother looked exactly the way I wanted to remember her. Thank you to the whole Paradise Garden Team! You guys were amazing!
