  Great experience! My first time at the shop and while I was waiting I had the chance to speak to a lot of regulars who all raved about the place. Everyone said they are honest and fair. You never have to worry about getting ripped off. They are good people. I know for myself too now and can say I agree. Julie at the front desk is a sweetheart and sincerely didnt seem to mind me talking her ear off :-) Now when people ask me where to go, I can tell em, "I gotta guy...go see Jim at Lou's" I highly recommend them.

  I called 1st to see if I needed an appointment for inspection. I was told by the women managing the phones/front desk/payments it was no appointments, 1st come 1st serve. Very busy in the morning but it might be better to come in the afternoon. I did and they were able to take me right away! Excellent customer service! Speedy service at a great price. Highly recommend.
