  We called Lou to check out 2 fireplaces/chimneys at our new home and could not have been happier with the ease of setting up an appointment to the quick and reliable time to get out to us. He was on time, professional, and extremely knowledgable. We would recommend him time and again.

  Friendly staff from when I called to make the appointment to the service they provide on my chimney. Very prompt and even called the day of when they had an opening to see if earlier would work better or if I'd like to keep my original appointment. The crew at my house were diligent and explained what they were doing. Definitely a company I would recommend and will continue to use for all of our chimney needs!

  The team that came out to inspect and clean our chimney was professional, thorough and took the time to explain the reasons for an issue I was having with our chimney as well as lay out a couple options I had to fix the issue. Once I wanted to schedule work, they were able to be back out 2 business days later with the same professionalism as the first visit. I was very happy with my experience with the company and would highly recommend.

  We had a home inspection on an older house that involved both a fireplace and a wood burning stove, so I called Lou Curley's Chimney Service to ask if they could have somebody meet my fiance and I at the inspection, in order to take a closer look at things. Knowing this was our 1st home purchase, Lou himself made time to come out for us and spent about 2 hours thoroughly investigating the fireplace, chimney, and stove. He was on time, and very courteous and informative. He made sure that he laid tarps down throughout the house as to not drag any of the soot or ash around, and he took the time to explain everything to us and give us his professional opinion on things. Our home inspector commented "I would have had you call a chimney service to take a closer look anyway, so it's good that you did.", and I couldn't agree more. When we left, the areas that were examined looked untouched, and the level of service was beyond expectations. We also immediately received a follow-up email that included photographs of everything that Lou took a look at, and the details on what he was concerned about, summarizing everything we had discussed. I can not recommend Lou Curley's Chimney Service enough!

  I was lucky enough to have Lou come out to my home inspection for a possible upcoming purchase. I am certainly glad i did. They were issues with the main fireplace, essentially making it inoperable. Also, the wood burning stove was inspected and got a clean bill of health. After inspecting both units, you wouldn't even have known he was there. Perfectly cleaned up. Lou also gave us important info about our furnace. I didn't even know to ask about this stuff. Finally all chimneys were inspected from the roof.
  
  Do not hesitate to use this company. They exemplified professionalism and were unbelievably knowledgeable.
