  I was put in touch with Montrose Memorials by my aunt's cemetery. They were considerate and easy to deal with, making sure everything was correct for the inscription, including placement on the monument. They kept me informed of the progress and sent finished pictures when it was done. So after years of dealing unsuccessfully with other monument companies to have a memorial stone for our pets, I asked Montrose Memorials if they did that as well. This started a wonderful experience with Lauren Emery who handled everything efficiently, quickly, and most importantly, with compassion and care. Lauren worked to make sure the stone and the ceramic tile were designed exactly the way we wanted. She said it would be installed at Francisvale Cemetery before Christmas and it was. Within 3 months, we had just what we had always envisioned for our pets' memorial and it is beautiful! I can't say enough about Lauren Emery and Montrose Memorials.

  My experience with Montrose Memorials was a good one. Specifically, Lauren was extremely informative and helpful. She was very patient and understanding. From the design of my mother's headstone to the installation.It was clear from the moment I sat down with her that she would do everything in her power to help me and my family choose the appropriate headstone for our mother.
  
  Lauren kept me informed throughout the entire process. It goes without saying that you don't pick out your mother's headstone everyday. I'm very pleased with the final headstone completion. I would definitely recommend Montrose Memorials to my friends and family.

  The staff was exceptional. Kristi made this experience a pleasant one. She was very patient and compassionate with me.... I have never done this before. Even when the rest of the family made changes she was on top of things. The headstone is exactly what we wanted.

  I went to Montrose after my father's death to have them put his name and cameo picture on a stone we already had for my mother. Other people had told us 12 or more weeks. I went on the 28th of June and they completed the job in 8 weeks. As you can see my father's name and picture is on the stone and it looks very nice. Thanks for completing this in a timely fashion.
