“I am a new homeowner at Foulk Manor. In building a house, there are many moving parts and subcontractors. Mistakes and errors will happen. The key is how the general contractor responds and whether they make things right or blow you off. I'm glad to say Iacobucci have made right all issues we had, and we are happy with our new home. I deduct 1 star because I think the flooring vendor Miller Flooring was awful. I encouraged the contractor to look into other options for that vendor in future builds.”

The one manager yelled at my daughter for sitting on the counter ( I didn't see the sign). She is only 8 and I would have hoped he would have spoken nicer to her since she's still a child and not a teenager.”

The sofa is very nice and exactly what we expected. We were especially pleased to get the additional 2% savings when the 20% October sale (time we ordered) turned into a 22% November sale. If I could offer one suggestion for an improvement in service, it would be to reduce the charge for delivery which we found to be the highest of any we encountered while shopping, although the delivery and installation were handled very professionally.”

“The park is very nice. Two fenced in areas one for smaller dogs one for larger dogs. There is an "air lock" type area to enter the fenced in areas. It was muddy in the "air lock" but to be expected given the weather we have had this year. I suggest you read the rules there are some rules about collars That you need to be aware of. But in all a nice place to let your dog run off leash. The one odd thing is when you get out of your car there are signs everywhere that says your dog must remain on its leash. This is kind of confusing considering it's supposed to be an off-leash dog park. However, if you walk over to the back where the fenced-in dog areas are you will see that you can take your dog off-leash there.”
