“I run a dog rescue in Delaware and I've been using Mullen's Truck repairs for years. Keeping my van on the road is life and death to homeless/unwanted dogs that I rescue and transport. Yet, I have to admit that as important as my van is to me, I'm afraid too many times I've let my normal maintenance work pile up and by the time I contact John I'm in a crisis and need the repairs done yesterday so I can get back on the road. Once he had to send a driver to TOW by van from his location in Linwood PA to New Castle DE when I broke down on 95 in New Castle DE! Whew, that was scary b/c we've all heard of people crashing into the rear of vehicles that are broken down on the side of the road. I was SO glad to see his driver pull up and get me safely in their truck and tow my van back to his shop. I'm a senior citizen, so I've seen a thing or two in my lifetime! Too often when I've dealt with other auto repair service companies -- you feel like you are not sure you REALLY need the repairs that they say you do .... but I trust that if John recommends repairs it's because it's in the best interest of keeping me and my van safe on the road.
