“Mitchell Dean has been phenomenal in helping us try and keep our printer up and running the past week. We have had a tech here 4 times now, 3 different parts replaced so far, more are on order, and every time I email him, he is VERY quick to answer and resolve the issue. Even when it really did not pertain to him, I asked him about our security password and he was able to find it for us because our IT guy was on vacation. If he had not helped us the tech was going to wipe out the memory of the printer leaving us unable to use fax, scan, and who knows what else until someone from corporate could have made arrangements to get here to re-download all our information to it. I just felt he deserves a pat on the back.”

“Redid siding, Windows and roof. Gave us a wide range of options for all. Work done on time. When they were done they reviewed everything and redid a couple things that I didn't even know needed to be adjusted. They removed our gutter guards to work and they got bent. They replaced the bent ones without me asking them to at no cost. They accidently broke a branch off a Japanese maple. Without me having to address it, they gave me enough money to buy and plant a new one. Nobody is perfect but when things didn't go right they were quick to rectify the situation.”
