My spouse and I have been attending therapy with Alyssa E. for quite some time now. I will say she has helped our relationship tremendously and has helped me as an individual as well. She provides very in-depth insight and has truly impacted us. Hands down one of the best therapists out there. Highly recommend.

I would recommend this office for absolutely anyone who is seeking mental health treatment. The women at this office pride themselves on becoming knowledgeable in all intersections of the individual. If you’re struggling with something, they either specialize in it, or are actively working on specialization. I went to Momentum for almost 5 years and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. My therapist Megan really helped me work on my trauma and my interpersonal relationships. In doing so, I am so much more self aware and now have the ability to set boundaries and create healthy relationships ❤️
