Bill O'Neal was AWESOME! Mr. O'Neal was very knowledgeable and informative just on our first phone call, in the world today that is hard to find. Mr. O'Neal was very pleasant and efficient. He knew exactly the issue prior to his visit of service. He was also very considerate of my cost for his service's. Bill O'Neal is overall just a great person and great with electric!! I would absolutely recommend Bill O'Neal to everyone!!😊

Excellent service- friendly manners!

August 2018: We called O'Neal Services for a couple issues around the house, left a message. Owner called back the next day, and arrived on time for cost estimate a day later. The price was fair and Mr. O'Neal seemed to know what he was doing, so we accepted the estimate. Hiring a contractor is risky if you don't know the people, but we saw these reviews with the 30 years experience, plus he was on time, so we took a chance. We're glad we did! They worked steadily, neatly and we felt confident to set up some additional work. O'Neal has been here three times and we are very pleased with their work while here, the prices and the improvements in our home! We highly recommend O'Neal Electrical!
