“12/2013 my PCP and NP "who was seeing me for Anxiety", retired. For month later, I went to see the New PCP, Told me I brake the anti-medication in half, then stop taking it. In April 2014 after being hospitalized and taken off 11 medications, the crying started, my daughter who is a RN said it was from drug withdraw. March 2015 when I stopped taking the anti-depressant, I got silverly depressed, my daughter contacted Counseling House, I had my first appointment the end of June 2015. The Counselor knew what was wrong, pulled things out of me that were buried for 75 years, and things I never told. In Nov., she loaned me a book "The Courage To Heal". A Guide for Women Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse. I have about 80 more pages to read. I did not know I needed Healed from something buried. I heard Joyce Mayer say, "my Saul was damaged". I still have Drug Withdraw from the anti-depressant. I will not take another anti-depressant. I am taking Saffron and Essential Oils.”
