Doug hS worked on 3 appliances for us in the last 2 years. He has been very fair with pricing, knowledgeable, punctual and pleasant to deal with. We called him with a leaking dishwasher and he was here in 20 minutes. I would recommend him highly and without reservation.
I have a gas oven and range that is about 12 years old, the oven and the broil didn't work..I made a call to them, got a call back within an hour.. the tech was able to come right then but we were not available. Set a time for the next day.. I got a call before he came and He showed up when he said he would.. very knowledgeable.. He couldn't fix it right then due to needing parts.. it took 2 days to get the parts.. Took him no time to fix it.. At a very reasonable price.. thanks a bunch.
