Fantastic service, bought a great vacuum that does it all!
I brought my steam cleaner into Total Vac II in Chambersburg this week because the plastic suction area on my steam cleaner had a piece broken off. He gave me the option of putting on a used part or ordering a new part. I went with the used part and it only cost me $20.00 for the whole repair, (parts and labor). He said it didn't take long to repair and I really appreciate his honesty and fairness. I will definitely bring my floor cleaners there again if they need repaired in the future.
