Dr. Piney is probably the best Vet in the Shippensburg area. I took my pets to him for many many years. He has a great sense of humor, is a great surgeon and is sensitive to his clients and their pets. Unfortunately, Chris is not the owner of this establishment. I am not a fan of the owner, so I have changed practices.
