  I wasn't here to purchase a vehicle but my son was. The staff was very friendly. It was was about 1:30 pm; and although they were extremely busy, they still were able to greet each customer who walked through the door. Pizza hut made a delivery there and I thought it was for the staff. Much to my surprise, slices of pizza were offered to the customers who had been waiting while their car-buying transaction was being completed.

  Jerry and the whole crew in the service department deserve a real good shoutout! They do stellar work and really try to keep you in the loop as far as any maintenance that is going on with your vehicle. I'm blown away by how well they try to communicate the problems and issues that they are dealing with. And try to come up with an amicable solution for both parties involved. I will whether or not I stay in the Chevy family or not continue to take my vehicles to Buchanan automotive for any repairs or upgrades to my vehicles.

  My parents went to scope out cars for me. I live 2 hours away. Tyler helped them, kept in touch with me all week until I could get there. He was waiting, had everything ready, listened to what I wanted. I bought the first car he showed me. Quick and easy!
  
  Some advice: the water cooler was empty, I was thirsty, Tyler gave me some of his own juice. Very thoughtful. Wish the dealership had more to drink than coffee, had a snack station and something for kids to do. Toys, books, or a coloring table. I was there for 3 hours. Spent over an hour waiting for just paperwork. I think people would want to spend more if they were comfortable. Tyler waited with me, kept me company while we waited for the paperwork. Josh was also very helpful explaining everything, getting me a warranty. All in all, it was great. I'm glad I drove 2 hours to get a car there. I still love it a month later! Also, love the Buchanan Loyalty Advantage program. Just got it in the mail. Thank you Tyler.

  Really only ever take my work truck here to be serviced but I'm always impressed with their service department. Very fast turn around time no matter what it is and very friendly staff. Honestly it's become my perfered place to go when I need my work truck serviced as I know they'll get it done fast and done right. Have always heard good things about the dealership part but have not bought a car from this dealer yet so can't speak to that experience.

  I cannot say enough about the sales team at Buchanan! My girl friend and I were there looking for a new truck for myself. After going back and forth on multiple deals and looking at other vehicles, they called the General Manager in to the dealership on his day off to make a deal and get me going home in the truck I wanted, which they did! They asked me where I wanted my payments and met that! Not only did we leave there with 1 vehicle but we left with 2 vehicles! My girl friend found a used vehicle she liked and they made her a great deal as well! Everyone was so friendly and their prices were wonderful! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I came from over 30 minutes away because of their prices. I have a Chevrolet dealer directly in my backyard and chose to bypass them due to the prices. I highly recommend Buchanan Chevrolet!
