While the process of choosing your groceries on line may appear daunting it is actually a wonderful process with the Walmart website. Scheduling to pick up works wonderfully with my work hours. The staff is always courteous friendly and over the top helpful. I almost feel guilty not stepping out of my car when they load the groceries. The only question I have now is why did it take me so long to start doing my own line grocery shopping with Walmart. When they don’t have something that I requested they always upgrade and explained it as they are delivering. I think they may be experiencing a little growing pains In terms of staffing appropriately my average wait time is seven minutes however I did have one day where I ended up waiting 25 certainly an audit day.
