(February 6, 2019, 5:14 pm)Went into this store and purchased a cell phone. Got a good deal on a good phone, Kyle Baker made sure I had the phone that was suited to my need. Very grateful for that. Unfortunately, my phone was found to be defective after two weeks. Kyle then when above and beyond to help get my phone replaced at no cost to me. It was sent to me and he even helped transfer everything. All of this just to make a customer like me happy. I appreciate the efforts from this store and would recommend this location and Kyle Baker to anyone that needs phone service.

Easily the most productive visit. John was a relatable and well informed representative even willing to help me with future questions beyond this visit despite me living in another state. Highly recommend this store and I'm a very happy customer
