  My friend was visiting from Pittsburgh, the battery in her vehicle needed a jump because a light was left on. She was unable to pay the fee, but, Mike received a tow call around the same time and he was able to stop by and help her anyway. Good people do still exist in the world!! So, thank you Mike for still being one of the good guys!! I would gladly recommend Bard's again!!

  I recently experienced a complete breakdown of my Kia Soul while driving from VA to PA. After calling multiple garages -none of which were interested in sending a tow to come get me because they were "close to closing", I was fortunate enough to reach Mike Bard who came immediately to pick me up.
  Mike dropped me at the local hotel & said he'd try to call someone in to get as quick an answer as possible for me, as this was the evening before the polar vortex was expected. True to his word, Mike got back to me in less than an hour with the bad news that my engine had seized so I may as well make plans to have someone come get me.
  Mike investigated some possibilities, then decided on towing my car to the closest Kia dealership under the assumption that they'd replace the engine under warranty. Well Mike was correct about that, thankfully!
  The bill for diagnostics & towing my car twice was less than HALF what I expected to pay!
  There are a number of positive things I could drone on about, but the short version is Mike is a kind, honest individual.. if I lived a little closer, I'd be giving Bard's all my business after this chance encounter with them. At the very least, I strongly recommend them.
