  I want to start off with I barely get my haircut due to trust issues from past experiences. I came to Malcolm’s on 6/3/19 and had a wonderful experience with Jeanette. She was the only one working and had an appointment coming in soon but still managed to fit me into her busy schedule. She did FANTASTIC! My hair feels amazing now & we had such a great conversation the entire time. Safe to say I found my new hairdresser & will definitely be returning ????

  First time there 5/16/19 Walked in without an appointment. I called ahead to schedule and was told to just walk in whenever. Didn't have to wait more than a few minutes, which mostly consisted of signing in. Shirley and another hairdresser (didn't get her name; sorry!) were very friendly and down to earth. I asked for a few inches off, and it came out nicely. After going home, I decided I wanted the cut a little shorter and with some layers. Went straight back to Shirley, who was available right away. She was very understanding that I came back after just having been there, and made the changes without charging for a second haircut. Absolute sweetheart!

  - great haircut (when I gave specific details)

  As a breast cancer survivor, going through that and coming out in the other side I’m truly blessed. I had natural straight thin hair, after losing my hair and having it come back super curly and wild, Jeanette Mitchell went to work and helped design a look that was fabulous and manageable with a color that brightened up my look. I will not go anywhere else! Thank you for HELPING me!????
