Great service and the NY Strip melted in my mouth...so yummy!
I recently ordered a beef tenderloin from Trovato's for a dinner party. Brian knew exactly how much I would need, and he trimmed and packaged the tenderloin and had it ready for me to pick up the next day. It was absolutely delicious - a savory, flavorful cut of meat that cooked easily, almost fool-proof. I won't hesitate to purchase meat from Trovato's in the future!

This place is no longer just a butcher shop. They have everything from laraysville cheese to king crab legs. I just got some!

I really like the selection and the quality at this store. Every time we visit the area we stop in and buy quality protein products and condiments. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating.
(570) 587-5662. Chicken Kabobs in speedie sauce are the best around!!!! The Flank Steaks are delicious. Love the buffalo chicken burgers!!! Meat seems quite fatty, I recently purchased a 5 pound beef rump roast and had to trim 1.28 lb of fat and it still had lots of fat running through it.
