(December 23, 2017, 12:33 pm)Fantastic company! We needed emergency service. Called late Wednesday and left a message. Laurie returned the call Thursday and got a tech (Ed) to my house Saturday. It turned out to be the remote control unit at the fireplace (Vermont Castings Radiance NonVented unit). Ed quickly diagnosed the issue and got us back up and running within an hour (it was a tricky fix). The company I bought the unit from a few years ago would not send someone for at least three weeks - Alaska Stoves took amazing care of my family. Thank you! I highly recommend.
