(May 3, 2022, 8:25 pm)I have been at PIVOT now for 71/2 years both as a patient and part of the maintenance program. I think the $20 a month for maintenance is the best $20 I spend all month. The therapists, assistant, and techs are very good, if they see me doing an exercise incorrectly they will show me the correct way, they answer any questions and make time for me. I have made many good friends there and renewed some old friendships. Jess, in the office, is always friendly and very helpful. I really appreciate these people and this place. I’d be lost without them! And have absolutely no complaints!

(January 12, 2019, 7:33 pm)The staff at Pivot are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their main goal is to help you reach your maximum mobility and strength while teaching you how to maintain it.
The friendly atmosphere helps you relax while concentrating on your therapy.
Karen and Megan have been my therapists for different conditions and have done excellent jobs. Other staff members have assisted at various times and have also been excellent. -

(January 9, 2019, 4:07 pm)Great choice to anyone looking to get confidence back with an injury. The entire staff was extremely helpful every visit to get me closer to my goal. They were very considerate and flexible when scheduling appointments. All around it’s an excellent faculty.

Whenever I reached a new milestone I'm not sure who was more excited, me or the staff! The staffs confidence in my healing gave me the confidence I needed to be successful in therapy.

(January 2, 2019, 3:19 pm)Such a wonderfully run facility, with wonderful people. Everyone is so friendly and always willing to make accommodations for scheduling. I have been at Pivot now three times, and have worked with Megan, Karen, and Tim who are all great (although the real champ is Dana). I would recommend Pivot to anyone and I will be sad to leave, but I know I’m always welcome for a visit!

I really like the openness of the facility and the friendly atmosphere it fosters. The therapy team works together with one goal in mind---- Care of the patient.I'd recommend this group to anyone looking for Physical Therapy Services.
