(January 31, 2019, 10:07 pm)Ok haven't even been there yet... Anthony at the front desk- I give him 100 stars. I'm due to come on tomorrow and am stressing. He was compassionate and understanding. If this is what I'm in for ... I would've come here last time. Anthony deserves a big raise because I was ready to give up, he we compassionate and lovely when no one else else picked up the phone although u say a 24 hour facility. Thanks Anthony I'll be there tomorrow because of u. U deserve a bonus for that. Thank u for caring
