I honestly don't understand people who are upset because they had to wait a little while to see the doc. The primary reason from my experience with this office is you don't get the bum's rush as you do with so many other medical personal. I've had Dr. Santioni for over 20 years and I can tell you she truly understands, empathizes and seeks the very best treatment for her patients. My mom also has used Dr. S and with all her medical problems and the countless doctors she has seen, the Doc was still her favorite. As far as an "unorganized, chaotic and rude," I have only experienced the very opposite to the other end of the spectrum.
