  I've been a customer at Tom Hesser BMW for nearly 20 years. In this time, the experience of
  Purchasing and servicing my automobiles has only continued to get better !
  
  My most recent experience was with Lisa Judson in sales. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would !
  She is accommodating, knowledgeable, and very kind. She is a feather in the cap of this dealership, and is number one in my book ! She will be my only call, when it's time to procure my next BMW.
  
  I would be remiss, if I didn't mention Kevin Kowalski in the service department. When he showed up
  on the scene at Hesser some years back, his presence was immediately noticed. Like Lisa, he is working his hardest to ensure a top notch experience, in an often difficult job. Kudos to both of these fine
  representatives of Tom Hesser BMW.

  Lisa Judson made our recent purchase of a 2018 X3 M4.0 possible! She was a great facilitator of information and representative for BMW and Tom Hesser. She clearly loves the product line up, lifestyle, and culture of BMW which made our decisions that much easier. Very knowledgeable down to the nano details of our model.
  
  We have not shopped at Tom Hesser in Scranton due to a few bad experiences over the years, but primarily was relationships at other regional BMW dealers. Between Lisa in sales and Kevin in service there is not a better BMW outlet within a 2 hour drive. The customer focused approach is making new loyal customers. See you soon for the next one!

  Our salesperson was Lisa and she sold us our new BMW X2 who we call Olive. We name all our cars, as you probably guessed we ordered our X2 in olive metallic.
  
  It's our first BMW and we were definitely reticent. It's a big investment and at this price tag we did not want any buyer's remorse. We looked at 2 dealerships, but decided on Tom Hesser and that was mostly due to our salesperson Lisa.
  
  Lisa was great. She arranged for us to speak the service manager and the finance manager. She walked us through the build process. She was always available and really went the extra mile. She even advised us to get the olive metallic paint! We wanted that, but the price was already up there. She told us that you should get what you want, and not to settle. How could we have named our X2 Olive if the paint color was black?!?
  
  We are very happy with our Olive, Tom Hesser and Lisa.
