The wait time at her office is always reasonable. I do, however, find the system of making an appointment to be ineffective. You have to leave a message for them to call you back, and hope to be at your phone and calendar when you get the call.”

My surgery was a little easier than my husbands because he had the Epi Lasik and a little bit of a longer recovery, but Dr. Vale and his staff were always available to answer any questions. We both have 20/20 vison now and the only way I can explain how it is to see with corrected vision is to say it's like watching life in HD. “I have been seeing Dr Connors for over a year. Have no issues with him. He nice and seems to be concerned for his patients. But but not really consistent. Will say one thing at office, then I get either calls to go for test or letters. He tells me one thing at the office and another later. I seem to have to go to ER then call office tell them, then I'm told to go for test. I need a Dr to tell me what he wants done etc. I don't need to feel I'm pushed aside while in office. The office staff is better then it was, but they leave there answering service on for lunch to long. Lazy I think. Besides that can't expect much better from doctors in northeast Pennsylvania while on Medicaid. I am updating my previous post, Dr. Connors and the office have gotten a lot better. They get me right in, call me with issues call me to have test done. Dr. Connors is very concerning for his patients as I see and he will not leave any stone UN turned.”
