I had called this animal hospital about 1am today and explained my situation with my cat. Amber the receptionist recommend that I come in. They understood where i lived and told me to take my time. From the time I walked in to the time I left everybody was so very nice and kind. The vet Michelle explained everything to me as to what happened with my baby and explained what they were going to do. She even gave me the option of giving her a pill form of antibiotic to give at home or have them give her the shot form. I suggested the shot because of having another cat in the house I didn’t want her spitting it out and then having him take it. She agreed and did just that. The vet tech (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) explained everything in the discharge papers and gave us some pain meds to take home. They took great care of my baby and was very happy I went to them. I highly recommend if anybody in this area needs an emergency vet to please go to them!

I can't say enough wonderful things about the service, care, and compassion my dog Bear received yesterday. Right from the initial phone call until he was discharged, the staff were absolutely wonderful. They took such great care of him while we were there. They thoroughly examined him, diagnosed the issue, and carefully explained what I needed to do and what follow up care was needed. They accurately relayed what they were doing, what the cost would be, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The vet, the vet tech, and the front desk staff were wonderful and sensitive to our poor baby's needs. I highly recommend this place and it was worth the drive.

The staff were wonderful. My cat, Annie, was very sick and they gave us all the information we needed for the best course of action. They were compassionate, kind, and patient with my husband and I.

The service was remarkable, the staff truly cares about animals and their owners.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Everyone there seems to love helping animals. I would return in an instant if the situation called for it (hopefully not though :). Thank you again!!!

I have many pets and I have had to run pets up to the Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center several times over the years.

I am so, so grateful we have their hospital in our area. Every time I have come in, I have been treated with care and compassion. The staff here understand the needs of the pets, the needs of the people, and the needs of one's budget when making the best decisions for your family. I have always felt comfortable discussing my options and budgetary needs with the staff.

As many pet parents sadly know, sometimes it's a pet's time to cross the rainbow bridge. As a lifelong pet person I have gone through this difficult process more than once. I felt the people here were very compassionate and understanding when I recently said goodbye to my cat. I even got a sympathy card in the mail, which was so thoughtful and sweet.

This is a 24-hour service. No, they will not be as cheap as your local vet. That's okay. When you have an emergency, they are here for you and it is such a relief knowing that they are here in our area. We need them.
