“The conversation that I had b4 I arrived and what was available when I showed up was two different stories...they put me in a Hyundai which I told them up front many times I didnt not want...promising they would get me in a different SUV when one arrived. The SUV they gave me is to small for me and my family its essentially useless ..also I was told that the difference in price was going to be waived due to availability of the SUV I wanted...then I was told different when I arrived...I was told I'd be charged per day the difference.....so when I got home I called to talk to the guy (bruce) that I spoke with...he was off the weekend....how convenient Update... I talked to Bruce on Monday and Bruce was upset that I did not like the vehicle that I was put in and he is making it right by give me a new vehicle. 4 stars”
