Their selection and prices are not comparable to any other online video game retail store. All of the cartridges I received were in pristine condition and functional. Collector or any video game lovers paradise. Their selection is one of the best retro game selections i ever seen. Their home base warehouse is not necessarily for the public to browse and walk around in but the staff is extremely welcoming and helped me with what games i was looking for. I had a great time spending time in their warehouse admiring all of their retro video game goodness. Cannot recommend this company enough.

I’ve traveled to many of these stores throughout the country, and traveled more than 100 miles to get to this one, and it was well worth the trip. The store was closed for a Christmas Party, yet the staff still greeted us warmly and invited us in the store. They quickly resolved an issue we were having with our games, gave us a wonderful tour of the store, and engaged us in casual conversation during our entire hour stay. They were all lovely, and I will be making this 100 mile trip again just to see this store and its wonderful staff!

(December 21, 2018, 4:14 pm)Super laid back guys that run the place, they showed us (walk-in) around, even showed us the back of the store where they fix the old consoles. The employees were super nice and explained everything that was laid out, as if it were a retail store. Amazing experience and will definitely be stopping back!
