  I recently had my care repaired after a minor accident. Lichty Brothers,Inc did an excellent job and went out of their way to save me as much money as they could. They even delivered my car to me. It really looks like a brand new car and I would highly recommend the.

  I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt it necessary to share my experience here at Lichty Brothers body shop in Ephrata. From the time I walked in the door, I was promptly greeted by a very friendly young lady who introduced me to Landon. Landon was terrific. He took his time going over all the issues he saw with the vehicle and how he planned to fix them. He gave me many different options on how i'd like to go about it. His concern was very much in favor of my needs as a customer and it showed. His follow up was prompt. When I received the car back, not only was the work flawless, they even took the time to detail the interior of my car. (I have two kids and it was not clean at all) I've truly never had such a great experience. If you ever need body work done on your vehicle, I highly recommend. Ask for Landon!

  I was totally impressed with my experience dealing with Lichty Bros. Ephrata !! Landon kept me informed throughout the whole process of fixing my car. I highly recommend Lichty Bros. and continue to tell all my friends about this great place!!!!!

  Lichty's fixed my truck and my wife's suv after they were both rear ended. The customer service was amazing and the body work was just the same. I highly recommend them

  I couldn't have asked for a more courteous group of people! About a month ago, Penn Dot was digging up the road on West Route 322 when I ran into a ditch, a 4 inch x 4 foot cutout that the road crew failed to mark. My tire immediately went flat, about 1/2 block from Lichty Brothers Collision shop. I pulled into their lot and asked if anyone could help me change the tire quickly since I was on my way to work. While I was inquiring about this in the office, Luke was already pulling off my wheel. He had me up and running with the damaged wheel and tire back in my trunk in less than 10 minutes. I offered to pay him and he refused saying, "That's just what we do". I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat for all your collision repair needs. Thank you again Luke!

  This is a great auto body repair shop. They've helped me repair two fenders without breaking the bank. They will work with you and be honest with you about the whole process. The employees are very helpful and personable!
