This may be long-winded, but it's well worth reading. We were traveling in our motorhome from central NY to FL for the winter. We diverted off of I-81 to visit my wife's parents in New Holland, PA. One mile before Ephrata we blew our transmission on the motorhome. Valley View was the towing company that towed us to their lot. They inspected the transmission, and ordered a new one through Ford. This all occurred on Friday.

The new transmission was delivered around noon Monday, and they worked extremely hard to get us back on the road by noon on Tuesday. The work performed was exceptional!! It's now Tuesday evening and we're relaxing in Staunton, VA for the night.

But that's not the whole story. Ken the owner, his wife Lorraine, and Mike the mechanic who did the majority of the work are three of the most caring people you could ever meet. We visited with my wife's parents during the days, and Ken allowed us to stay in our motorhome during the evenings, running the generator for power and our LP gas for heat. Can you imagine a Ford dealership allowing this??!! We were even told that we could hookup to their electricity and water if we needed to, but we were fine with our own power.

Bottom line is this . . . if you need a quality repair in the Ephrata PA area, you can not do better than to take your vehicle to Ken at Valley View Auto Center!!
