  Great Services. Our furnace stopped working after a snow day. We did not know who to call that we could trust. Decided to call Vertex Mechanical because other people reviews (4.9 starts). The customer services lady (Kim) set up an appointment right away for us and sent a technician/specialist (Glen) who was able to come after 6pm on a Friday. The price for the service was fair and the furnace is working again!!! Thank you for the good services.

  When our 14 yr old A/C stopped working, one call to Vertex was the best move I made. From the first call to the last install guy left, a pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable staff, gave great recommendations, and got an impressive system in a very quick turnaround. What a difference in home comfort and looking forward to lower utility bills. Thank you Vertex!

  Vertex Mechanical just finished replacing our rooftop HVAC system that heats and cools our facility in Lancaster.

  I would highly recommend Vertex Mechanical for any and all heating and cooling needs. They have excellent customer service and are extremely thorough. They were very easy to work with and able to change dates for a natural gas install when UGI kept pushing the date back. Post install of a new boiler they took the time to go over every aspect of the install and operation and answer any addition questions I had as well as run an extra line for our dryer and outside grill. Will certainly use them in the future.

Vertex Mechanical replaced our electric hot water heater with a high efficiency gas hot water heater, including running a new natural gas line. The Vertex crew arrived on time, protected the floors going in and out of the house and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional. We have had no problems with the hot water heater since.
