(July 21, 2016, 5:19 pm)Let me just tell you WOW!!! What amazing customer service! John, the owner, helped me and went so far above and beyond. My vehicle had an issue with the alternator and he and his staff found a recall for the issue in which it had to be covered by Hyundai. In addition, my vehicle also had an issue with the catalytic converter and even though they don't specifically work on exhausts he looked at my car, evaluated it and provided me a recommendation for where to take it in order for me to get a better deal on pricing then he could offer. With any issue on my vehicle or my boyfriends the process was explained to us with pricing provided before any work was completed. So... no surprise or hidden costs!
It is wonderful to finally have an auto center I can recommend without hesitation! Tanglewood is a great resource in the Lancaster/Quarryville area for good work, fair pricing, and with a company that has integrity - you cant beat that!
