Our mainline from the house to the sewer was clogged. The tech, Drew, ran a cable through the line to clear the clog. He was extremely professional and helpful. He answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied before he left.

Drew was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time to not only figure out where the elusive clog was and fix it, but to explain clearly where all the drains and pipes went and how they intersected. The whole process took less time than I was afraid it would. Very good experience!
