The maintenance team at Avalon Bear Creek are phenomenal! They are so fast to respond, super knowledgeable, and very personable! The whole team is amazing and Tom is especially helpful as he always goes above and beyond.

We are signing onto our third year lease at Avalon. After some nightmare experiences with other apartment complexes and condo management companies, it’s been such a relief to be in a community where communication is easy, problems are solved, neighbors are friendly and we feel content. Kacie with management has been extremely helpful from the get go and she’s always quick to respond via email or telephone. Maintenance is also incredibly respectful and hard working. Avalon is also good bang for the buck! I highly recommend.

This is by far the nicest apartment complex in the area. We've had a wonderful time living here so far. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and maintenance requests are answered quite promptly. Specifically, Tom (maintenance staff) has gone above and beyond to make our life here more comfortable. He is extremely knowledgable, professional, timely, and personable. We had an issue with our sink and he had it replaced and all of our belonging put back where they belonged within a couple of hours. We are excited to continue living here.

My son and I were residents at Avalon at Bear Creek for 4 years. It was a very quiet and nice community that made us feel comfortable to live there as well as having a beautiful atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and responsive to any issues or questions I had. They put the community first and kept the residents in mind when hosting community events and sent us updates on what was going on in the community. The office staff, especially Janaya and Kacie were always helpful and respectful to us. We will miss you all and the community too! If any of my friends were looking for an apartment I would definitely recommend Avalon at Bear Creek!
