  JUST DO IT!!!!!!! Its So amazing and relaxing. The place is clean the staff is so nice. My husband and I did a 60 minute float.

  Today was my first time not only at this place but also my first float. The staff was friendly and very helpful and spent a lot of time with me, answering my questions and explaining. I plan to make this a regular practice in my life. I would highly recommend anyone to give this a try, even if you feel it may not be for you or have mixed reviews about floating. I think it's something you need to do a couple times at least before you make your final judgement. I'm happy here and plan to come back and be a regular.

  I've never done anything like this before, but I wanted to try it. The facility was very clean and tranquil. They provided everything to shower and the individual float rooms had tablets where you could stream music along with volume and light controls. The staff member gave me a very in depth run-down of what to do. The float itself was relaxing, but I'm not sure if I would do it again. Definitely an experience.

  Wanted to try the sensory depravation float. Loved the experience so much I signed up for the membership. My friend and I were running a little late because of traffic and we called ahead to let them know. They were very understanding. The location is very easy to find. Everything is very clean and relaxing a great spa like experience. The woman that helped us explained what to do and answered all our questions. During the experience it was great my friend said she coughed but I never hear it so any noise going on outside the room didn't ruin the relaxation. They had all the supplies to shower and a nice area off to the side to change and set your clothing. Highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to give it a try, they speak from experience and know tips to help you relax and clear your mind.

  Bala Float Center is wonderful! We've been there twice for a 60 minute float. We feel grounded, rested and present after floating. An added bonus, the floats help the body release toxins during the float and the body's ability re-energizes for days after floating! An overall great healthy option to consider.
