(November 14, 2019, 11:47 am)A&E has been a pleasure to work with as I’ve adjusted to wearing my new hearing aids. They listen to me and allow me to go at my pace adapting my hearing needs. That provide me loaners when I have needed repairs to one of my hearing aids. They see me the same day I call almost every time I have called for help. I couldn’t expect better or more responsive service. Hearing aids are expensive but their expertise and service to me have been worth it. I highly recommend A&E their people are the best.

(November 7, 2019, 2:06 pm)Hearing correction is complicated and getting it "right" takes working with people that are skilled and passionate and NOT pushing a specific solution for everyone. Pricing can vary wildly and correcting hearing isn't a quick and cheap fix. A&E has been great to work with. Dr. Jason Schmitt is passionate, caring, and will LISTEN to your needs and work hard to find what works best for your needs. Rachael, and the rest of the staff, are wonderful, caring, and helpful. I want the best my hearing solution can provide and A&E has been patient with me throughout this continuing process. This is my second pair of hearing aids (I've been in aids for nearly 8 years) and am hearing better than I have in MANY years. Some very noisy situations will always be a challenge but overall I'm hearing so much better and A&E's dedication to getting me there is not unnoticed or underappreciated. Don't settle for a "one-size-fits-all" solution. I recommend checking out A&E but be patient, don't be afraid to ask questions, and know that improving your hearing WILL improve your life overall. What she taught me and my colleges then about hearing loss and its effects on the people suffering from it still resonates with me today. She is one of the most caring and thoughtful providers in the industry. She truly lives by the golden rule.
