  I do most of my own routine maintenance (brakes, oil changes, etc.) but these guys handle all my vehicle inspections and more complicated repairs at a fair price. Very pleased with the overall service.

  Great service and friendly staff. They hooked me up with quality tires; had them slapped on in a jiffy. No bull, straightforward, they will tell you what you need. They get plenty of business they don't have to upsell like other shops. You get necessary maintenance and new parts when something is broke. Don't wait last minute for inspection, they are busy! Book two weeks in advance if you can.

  My favorite Cooper story: I was having mystery problems with a vehicle and made three time-consuming trips to the dealer, where I spent hundreds of dollars for tests, diagnostics, etc. No resolution. Finally, their service manager asked me not to come back because their techs could not fix it! I had never been to Cooper's. I dropped it off toward the end of the day and they called the next morning to say it was fixed! $60 charge. It turned out to be a simple problem with a simple solution. (Apparently, the techs at the dealership were missing one thing from their fancy service-manuals: common sense.)

  R H Cooper has impressed me with their ability to do quantity and quality in repair work. They consistently have done more than I expected in a day's time, and so far no return for inferior repairs. If they keep this up, I'll keep coming back. UPDATE Follows!
  10/24/2019 This is actually an update. As it turns out, I did have to return, not for an inferior repair but an incomplete repair due to a communication error between the girls in the office and the repair manager. I was a bit irritated to have to come back so soon( you know, dropping off a vehicle, getting rides etc.) I expressed my concerns to the manager, Brian(sorry if I spelled it wrong), and he was so nice and accommodating. My experience with Brian reconfirmed my confidence in the professionalism of R H Cooper, and that they really care about the customer. If they keep this up, I'll keep coming back.
