I took my Ford Explorer (ex-police car) their because they were recommended by my father and sister.

I was a little worried when I learned the shop changed hands a year and a half ago from when my family was their. But I'll say now, "I have no complaints."

The first shop I went to for an estimate was looking at a month until they could get me in.

Scott knew this was unsatisfactory and went "Code-3" on the banged up door and had it fixed up within a week of our first meet.

I dropped it off on a Wednesday night and I was "shock and awed" by the telephone call at 9:30 the next morning it was done.

Excellent job. I'll be back if I have another unfortunate accident.

Scott and the team at Lancaster Collision Center are great! They were easy to get a hold of, efficient, detailed, knowledgeable, funny and went beyond what I would have expected from them. I took my Subaru Forester to them with extensive front end damage. My insurance company is an absolute nightmare, but Scott helped me liaise with them and took a lot of stress off my plate. My car is perfect! Over $12k of work was put into it, and it's as good as the day I bought it. I couldn't be happier with my experience!

I am a widowed mother completely lost about this kind of stuff. Since I didn't have collision insurance on my car; my repairs were an out-of-pocket expense. I had no idea where to go at all. He said he could look at the car as soon as I could get it there, and he'd be able to start work on it within a week. He listened to me and completely understood my need to keep the repairs economical yet safe. It was done within a week, and looks absolutely amazing! The cost ended up true to his quote. Scott has a fantastic personality, and I really enjoyed this entire experience. I highly, highly recommend the team at Lancaster Collision Center!
