  I love Luxe! I have used Luxe as my hair salon for the last five years after moving to this area. I have had the opportunity to have hair cuts by multiple stylists over the year, and have been impressed with all. The attention to detail is impeccable across all - always glad to come in and get a trim or new cut!

  The place is ORANGE & awesome. The girls are great to talk to and customer service is A+ they take care of you from the moment you walk in the door.
  A huge shout out to Hope she does great nails. ????

  Aia is always amazing! She is so precise and does what is best for your hair. Highly recommend, she is the best!
  
  The entire staff there is extremely friendly, I always enjoy going there and I always say hi to most of the stylists.
  
  They also have the best waxing service in Lancaster from my experience.

  Glenda gave me the best hair experience of my life! Not only did she give me my first Deva Cut, but she helped me transform my dull, dry, split end ridden hair into a cute, healthy, short and curly bob. From the moment I sat in her chair she put me at ease. She kept telling me how excited she was to be cutting my hair, and I don’t think she realized how much that means to me. For someone with thicker textured, frizz-prone, curly hair, my experience at the salon has normally been anxiety inducing; not exciting and confident. Glenda not only explained the entire process to me as she went, but she made me feel like I was in control of the outcome, repeatedly asking how I was feeling and what I was thinking. She also expertly walked me through what my new hair care process would be, and gave me resources to educate myself. Her professionalism was only second to her warmth and approachability. Her exuberant energy, laughing and singing while she worked was a much welcomed, added bonus. Overall, Luxe Salon, and Glenda specifically, get 10’s, 10’s across the board! I will definitely be coming back for all of my hair care needs.

  Took my mom for a side-by-side massage. Luis was my massage therapist and my mom had Gillian. We both couldn't have been more pleased with that hour of luxury and pampering! These two were fantastic (unfortunately, we live in NJ otherwise this would be at least a monthly treat). I told Luis about the discomfort I'm having in my hands, at the base of my thumbs, and he worked on my wrists and hands for about 5 minutes each side. It wasn't until 2 1/2 days later that I realized I had no aches or pains in my hands! Whatever he did worked...for over 2 days...the aches are back, but boy oh boy, it was nice not feeling that pain over the weekend! The spa was lovely, very clean and comfortable - everybody that we met couldn't have been nicer! It was a fabulous experience all around - would definitely come back when we're in the area (wish it was about 2 1/2 hours closer to home!) Thank you Luis (& Gillian) and Luxe Salon, for a wonderful experience!!!
