(May 23, 2019, 7:55 pm)Not sure why I have to call to schedule an annual maintenance of my heater since I purchased a brand new one last year. But I called and time was 1pm to 2pm. Service Tech Ryan K. was here before 12:00. Early is very appreciative. He was here almost 2 hrs and was very dirty when finished. Cleaned and also changed the air filter. Recommended getting the chimney liner replaced . Ryan did an excellent job in not the cleanest circumstances. House was built in 1790. Would like to have inspection done before the winter months this coming year. Thanks again J. Rhoads. Ed Daniels

(March 18, 2019, 10:49 am)Ryan was the most pleasant and knowledgeable technician. He was extremely informative and took his time to explain what he was doing. In fact I had never had a furnace maintenance that included cleaning the chimney and resealing the pipe. You should be quite thankful you have such a thorough, great employee. He is an asset to your company. I will be lucky if he comes to my house to work on my furnace anytime especially annual services.
